Haven’s Highlands
One of the very oldest breeds of cattle in existence today, and an appearance as if it could have walked along side the wooly mammoth, this ancient breed has a rich and regal history. We are often asked if the Scottish Highlands are buffalo, yaks, wildebeasts and hairy cows. The long horned and mammoth-haired creatures are credited with being the toughest breed out there - being able to withstand the harshest of cold climate and have the agility to frolic on the most rugged of terrain

The perfect child! This is our princess, Murron Wallace. She is not even an hour old in the first two pictures.. she was born on April 29, 2010...and spoiled rotten!
Evie, our black highland, is her mommy.
The prince of the pasture... He was born during a down pour the morning of June 12 and weighed in at 80 pounds. Mommy Fannie Mae is a dun highland.
